Who we are
Buying a home is the largest thing most families in Ranchi will ever pay for, and it is usually the transaction they are given the least information about. Prices change depending on who is asking. Documents appear at the last minute. Nobody picks up the phone once the booking amount is paid.
We started RG Infra to build in this city and to do that part differently: put everything in writing, answer the question that was actually asked, and stay reachable after the sale as well as before it.
We are a developer, not a broker and not a listings site. We have one project in hand today and more being planned, and we would rather finish one building properly than announce five.

How we work
Four things we commit to. They are deliberately small and checkable — you can hold us to every one of them.
Every price in writing
Whatever we quote, you get it as a message you can keep — the unit price, what is included, what is extra, and the payment schedule. The number does not change because you came back a second time.
Site updates on WhatsApp
Once you have booked, photographs and progress from site come to you as the work happens. You should not have to chase a builder to find out what your money has built so far.
Documents explained before booking
We take you through the agreement, the payment milestones and the approvals before anything is signed, and we are glad to give your lawyer a copy to read.
Site visits by appointment
Come when it suits you, including outside office hours where we can manage it. Booking a time means the person who can answer your questions is on site when you get there.
